Officers from the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department travel to Las Vegas as they investigate a tip-off about a woman impersonating her deceased mother to cash in on insurance policies. A scammer gets creative as he attempts to rubber-stamp his own claim with forged documents, while CCTV flies in the face of a bus passenger's claim for personal injuries when it shows that the incident being claimed for never even happened. Time is called on a claim for a stolen watch after information contained in a digital photo supplied to back up the claim reveals it was taken two weeks after it was allegedly stolen.
