Yes Minister: Sir Humphrey leaves the dept of Administrative Affairs, and becomes Cabinet Secretary. During the Christmas break the Home Secretary is arrested for drink driving and has to resign. then the Prime Minister also resigns so the party have to look for a compromise candidate.
